Terms and conditions

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to your booking. In addition, we apply the following conditions for your stay:

The use of our Inn is entirely at your own risk.
The owner is not liable for damage, theft, injury or other damage caused by tenants or third parties.
When booking the Inn for a certain period, the entire rent must be paid in advance.
A fixed amount of € 150.00 will be charged for cleaning the Inn after your stay.
A deposit of € 250.00 will be charged. Provided no hidden defects have been found, this amount will be refunded to the account known to us within a week after your stay.
Pets are only allowed in consultation.
Our Inn is completely non-smoking.
Commercial use of the accommodation is not allowed.
Groups consisting of persons, all under 25 years old, cannot book in our Inn.

Cancellation policy

If canceled within 3 days before arrival: 100% of the rental costs must be paid.
Cancellation between 4 and 7 days in advance: 70% of the rental costs.
Cancellation between 8 and 14 days in advance: 35% of the rental costs.
Cancellation from 15 days in advance: no charges.
